Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bener Meriah

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya loyalitas pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, khususnya pada instansi pemerintah. Loyalitas dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk pengembangan karir dan budaya kerja yang diterapkan dalam organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan budaya kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi sebanyak 52 pegawai dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai (koefisien regresi = 0,205; sig. = 0,019), dan budaya kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan (koefisien regresi = 0,413; sig. = 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap loyalitas pegawai dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,685, yang berarti 68,5% loyalitas pegawai dijelaskan oleh pengembangan karir dan budaya kerja.
